Geberit Turkey General Manager Ufuk Algıer: “We are redirecting water for clean future”

Geberit's eco-design principles prove its reputation in the industry

Noting that Geberit works to improve its CO2 emissions by 5 percent every year within the scope of eco-efficiency, Kalıper said, “Every product in Geberit's wide product range meets consumers within the framework of respect for nature. Proving its prestige in the industry with its eco-design principles, Geberit also shows that it is a nature-friendly organization with its European Water Label, Blue Angel and Water Rating Label certificates.”

Today, where hygiene and saving have become an important part of life, the products developed by Geberit comply with the principles of eco-friendly design. Rim-free ductless toilet bowls, which emerged as a marvel of innovation as a result of intensive R&D studies, change the standards in the sector by offering the advantages to its users. Produced completely without ducts, Rim-free offers an ideal solution in terms of hygiene by eliminating the channels that cause bacteria and unwanted odours. Reservoirs with double-stage washing feature, one of the eco-friendly products developed by Geberit, maintain the ecological balance by saving 34,620 million cubic meters of water to date.

Excessive water consumption is prevented with Geberit photocell batteries

Geberit washbasin tabs which reset the surface contact and prevent excessive water usage, stand out in environmental sustainability. In addition, the Geberit Preda urinal system, which is acclaimed for its photocell, integrated discharge control and waterless operation, offers its users the possibility of flushing with a water volume of 0.5 litres only.
